1. Service Agreement & Acceptance

By requesting plumbing diagnostic services, hiring Santa Ana Plumbing Pros for residential or commercial repairs, or utilizing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Upfront Flat-Rate Estimates & Invoicing

All work is performed under written estimate authorization. A licensed technician evaluates the issue on-site and provides an itemized flat-rate estimate before turning a wrench. No work commences without your direct authorization. Changes required by hidden structural obstacles or municipal code requirements will be presented in writing for your approval.

3. California Licensing & Building Permits

Santa Ana Plumbing Pros operates under California C-36 Plumbing Contractor License #1049281. All installations comply with the California Plumbing Code (CPC) and Title 24 California Building Standards. Where required by municipal regulations (e.g., water heater replacements, whole-home repipes, sewer mainline relining), we coordinate and pull appropriate permits with the City of Santa Ana Building Division.

4. Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our craftsmanship with comprehensive written warranties:

• Whole-Home Repiping: 25-year manufacturer pipe warranty + 10-year workmanship guarantee.
• Drain Cleaning & Rooter: 30-day to 1-year clear flow warranty (subject to sewer line structural integrity verified by video inspection).
• Water Heater Installations: 6 to 10-year manufacturer tank warranty + 1-year labor warranty.
